2. Return Eligibility Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

7. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and specify the item you would like in exchange. We will contact you to arrange the exchange once the return is received.

8. Exceptions Customized or personalized items, or items on sale, may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
